OUR PROCESS & WAITING LIST

Reserving a puppy that is already born (these pups will always be listed on our Available Puppy page):

1. Contact us if you have any questions. 

2. Complete the Puppy Application on our website. 

3. We will review your application and contact you within 24 hours. 

4. Send a $400 (non-refundable) deposit for your puppy that goes toward the final purchase price of your puppy. 

5. We will keep you updated on your puppies progress until go-home day. 

6. Final payment is due on or before puppy go-home day. 

Reserving a future puppy: If you would like to be placed on our list for a future puppy, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you decide you would like to purchase a puppy for additional details and expected due dates.

2, Complete the Puppy Application on our website.

3. Send a $200 (non-refundable) reservation fee via Venmo or Zelle. The reservation fee holds your spot for a puppy on our waiting list. The reservation fee goes toward the final purchase price of your pup. The reservation fee is non-refundable, but it is transferrable to another litter. 

4. We will contact you as soon as a litter is born. Once you pick a puppy from the litter, the remaining $200 of the deposit will be due. 

5. We will keep you updated on your puppies progress until go-home day. 

6. Final payment is due on or before puppy go-home day. 

We place everyone on our list in order reservation fees received. In the event a pregnancy does not take, a litter is not produced like we had hoped for, there aren't enough puppies out of your chosen litter, or one doesn't meet your criteria, then your reservation fee will be transferred to our next available litter. We do not announce pregnancies, but we generally update those on our list expecting a puppy from a particular litter within the first week after the puppies are born.  

All deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable but are transferable to future litters. While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member when you bring your puppy home! We try our very best to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting.

 

We only accept Venmo, Zelle, electronic check (ACH), or debit/credit care with processing fees applied for deposit and reservation fees,

By placing your deposit with us you are in agreement and accepting to these terms. 

 

FINAL PAYMENTS​

Final payment is due on the day you pick up your puppy. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment this day, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance plus tax one week before picking up your puppy. If you are paying by personal check or cashiers check, this must be received and cleared within one week of pick up day. 

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Venmo - Reservation and Deposits Only (select Friends & Family or pay additional fees)

Cash: Cash is accepted at puppy pick-up. 

Cashier or Personal Check

- Must be received and cleared within one week of pick up day. Suggest sending any checks at least two weeks before puppy pick up day. 

ACH payment (No processing fee)

If you would like to pay via electronic check/ACH, we will send you an invoice for online payment prior to puppy pick up. 

Major Debit/Credit Cards - Add 3.5% processing fee 

 - If you would like to pay via debit or credit card, we will send you an invoice for online payment prior to puppy pick up. 

Payment plans prior to puppy pick-up

 - We are happy to work with you to determine a payment plan arrangement. However, the complete final payment must be paid off by puppy pick up day. 

Example of a payment plan:

Puppy goes home in 8 weeks

Puppy cost $1600

Deposit $400

Four $300 payments were made every two weeks until puppy pick up day. 

REFUNDS

After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 business days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, a letter from two certified veterinarians explaining the problem must accompany the puppy and only then can the puppy be returned and a replacement puppy will be given when available. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.

​TRANSFERRING YOUR DEPOSIT 

You are always welcome to pass on a litter or puppy. If you choose to transfer your deposit we are only able to offer you the first available spot on our wait list, which could mean an lengthy delay. If you pass on a puppy and it goes to the next calendar year prices will reflect when you bring your puppy home. If you agree to join a litter and then decide to wait you will be charged a $100 fee. 

HEALTH GUARANTEE

We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 2-Year Health Guarantee. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge. The guarantee details are provided with each puppy's purchase agreement.

PROPERTY  VISITS

 We do not allow visits to our property. Due to exposure of parvo and other life threatening viruses we have to limit exposure on our property. It is important for the health of our puppies that they are not exposed to lots of people until they have received their first set of shots and are ready to go home. We are happy to have FaceTime calls and/or send pictures/videos!. Our intention is to avoid the spread of diseases like the common, but lethal Canine Parvovirus. Also, we do not have a pet store. Our puppies are born and raised in our home with our family of 6. 

RETURNS

Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are happy to take the puppy back until a new home can be found. Our puppies should never be surrendered to a shelter. We do not offer refunds in these situations. 

 

BOARDING​

If you cannot bring your puppy home on the designated puppy pick up day, we will happily care for your puppy. There is a $250 a week charge for boarding. This fee includes food, continued socialization and care. All puppies must be paid in FULL by puppy pick up day.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We take full responsibility for every life we bring into this world. If for some reason or another you cannot keep your your puppy we ask you return them to us or ask us to assist you in finding a safe and suitable home. You will not be judged, we just want to help insure the puppy is taken care of and well loved. 

 

RESPECT & KINDNESS

We reserve the right to refuse a puppy to anyone at anytime who makes us feel uncomfortable or bullied. We will not tolerate unkindness of any kind or people we feel who have unrealistic expectations of us or our puppies. Please be aware that nature runs our acreage and when puppies are born is not up to us. We are not mass producing puppies and you don't want us to. Life is too short to deal with unkind people.
