Pick-up/Delivery
We always prefer to provide you with your new puppy in person. It is an easier transition and less stressful for your puppy, and we love to see your happiness when meeting your puppy for the first time!
You can pick up your new puppy in Pleasant Hill, Iowa or we can meet you at no additional cost within an hour of Pleasant Hill, IA. We often meet families in Adair, IA, Story City, IA, Brooklyn, IA, and Van Wert, IA for no additional delivery charges. If you are more than 50 miles from Pleasant Hill, Iowa, the remaining mileage is $1 per mile roundtrip.
Below is a list of common meeting locations and delivery fees for those locations. We can arrange meeting at a public location or deliver you new puppy right to your door. We are happy to work with you to find the best location to meet!

*We transports all of our puppies ourselves. We do not use pet transport companies, flight nannies, etc. We have years invested in our parents that results in sweet beautiful puppies, and we will not put your investment or ours in the hands of someone that does not have the same investment.
Fly In
Yes, you can fly to pick up your puppy. We can meet you at the Des Moines International Airport for no charge. If you are planning on flying pick up your puppy, you must contact us first to make sure I'm able to meet that day and ensure we have our vet include the required paperwork for the airline. Then, you'll need to call the airline yourself to make a reservation for your puppy to fly with you in the cabin. You'll need to purchase a soft sided pet carrier for your puppy that's within the dimensions your airline allows. I meet families downstairs at the Des Moines airport near the food court/shopping area. Depending on your location, this is generally the least expensive route if you are coming from a lengthy distance. In addition to your airline ticket, the airline will generally charge a $125-$150 pet fee. Otherwise, the it's flying as normal!
Fly To You
Yes, we can fly your puppy to you by air. We personally fly puppies directly to you! We generally meet you at your local airport, but can also fly-in and deliver to your home. We prefer this route when driving is lengthy because there is no doubt that your puppy is in good hands while traveling.
Your puppy will be in a pet carrier and with us as a carry-on in the airplane for the entire trip. This is a great option if you are on the east or west coast.

- Cost includes everything to get your new puppy home such as health certificate where required, airline approved carrier, airline pet fees, etc.
- We do not ship via cargo in any of the major airlines.
