A: Yes! We are excited to make bringing your new puppy home as smooth and convenient as possible. We offer transportation options tailored to your location to ensure your puppy arrives safely and comfortably. Whether you would like to meet or like door-to-door delivery, only a member of our family will be transporting your puppy. We do not use third party pet transporters. We can meet you within an hour of Pleasant Hill, Iowa for no additional costs. We most often meet in Adair, IA, Story City, IA, Brooklyn, IA, and Van Wert, IA depending on the direction you are coming from. For meeting or door-to-door delivery to locations within 6 hours of Des Moines, IA, we drive your puppy. They will be in a crate in the vehicle with us and we stop often for breaks. We have a list of estimated ground transport costs based on locations on our Pickup, Delivery, Flying page. We also fly puppies any where in the US! Your puppy will fly with us in the cabin of the airplane as a "carry-on." They are with us the entire time! We make all of the arrangements. Then, we most often meet you at your local airport and for you to take your new puppy home! It's a joy to deliver your new puppy to you!
